Perseverance and willingness have always been the watchwords in the "Cellar of the Templars", in order to provide the very best product to its customers.
Furthermore, our policy of quality has been intensified over recent years in order to affirm the identity of our controlled appellations. The implementation of this policy is applied primarily to production, the choice of grape varieties and wine making.
It is a matter of assiduous research with the aim of constantly improving our methods. Thus the Cellar has been equipped with new wine making equipment, notably the stainless steel and "comb" vats.
More recently, the arrival of a technician as well as the building of new reception platforms has allowed us, since the harvest of 2003, to optimise the meticulous selection of grapes on arrival at the cellar.
